Factions

A well-defended walled city, Vlorissfarne stands proudly on the coast, wedged between sea, mountains, and the vast twilight forest. A place of inclusion and diversity.

Far underground in the deep and cold caves of the Underdark rests the drow city. Spiders of all different sizes weave their webs across slate buildings and around stalactites.

Across the seas plagued with the danger of pirates and ship-wrecking storms lies a continent with a stretch of desert known as ‘the golden sands.’ Following these sands will bring you to an oasis. Once plagued with a history of darkness, this place now shines bright.

This small village sits in the heart of the Twilight Forest. During the day it seems the village is the same as any other but when night rolls around things change and noises pick up. Nature is worshiped here, the villagers protect the forest as well as the village.

Hidden in the mountains resides Isk'Waere, the ancestral home of I'Vlorisstulshar's dragons. Innumerable lairs have been made within the majestic peaks which surround the remote region, but the heart of Isk'Waere's community is a tall Plateau, wherein resides both the royal family and the ancient, sacred tree.

If the mother is the lifeblood of the fae, then the Faewylds are their mysterious and beautiful home. Magic runs deep here and the fae, as well as mythical beasts, can be found in the plane beyond the veil. The best way to find the realm is to be invited by one of the residents.

A realm unlike any other, the Whispemere lies just outside the veil. A dark reflection of the material plane. Here, demons, devils, and undead rule the land, using portals of magic and shadow to stretch their influence out over the world. Crumbling on the edge of the Shadowfell, Whispermere is in constant conflict.

Guilds

We train people how to fight, take on jobs for all factions, and go on bandit raids and monster raids. Primarily a Neutral, independent guild that is for hire for any job. Be its collecting debts, training, handling problems like thieves or bandits, and backing up armed groups who hire us.

Healers’

A group of volunteers dedicated to caring for the wellbeing of all the citizens of EoC. Our healers come from all walks and are dedicated to the single purpose of trying our darndest to keep all these people alive.

It is not an easy job.

Fortunately, we have a very lax policy when it comes to recreational drinking.

Mages’

A politically neutral organization that, while it continues to focus on the study of the arcane, the divine, the primal, and pact magic. It is open to all people and all races who wish to study the magical arts and even provide occasional classes on mundane topics such as literacy, linguistics, and mathematics.
